Our Returns Policy
We offer a full refund on all unwashed and unworn items returned within 21 days of receipt of goods. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will refund the card used for the order within 3 days of receiving your return; the refund may take up to 10 days to complete. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund once it has been processed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card (or debit card) company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you need to change your item for any reason, you can do so by emailing us within 21 days of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org

You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Your item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service and keep the proof of postage. We can not accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us. If you are shipping an item over £40.00, you should also consider purchasing shipping insurance.
